Absolutely outstanding stay at Candlewood Suites in Kalamazoo, Michigan! This has quickly become our go-to spot whenever we’re in town—especially for events at Wings Stadium, which is literally right next door. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location, especially when you’re here for a big weekend like a wrestling tournament. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating—they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially love the kitchenette and the little touches that make it feel like home. Whether you’re here for a night or a week, Candlewood Suites Kalamazoo is a wonderful place to stay. We truly enjoy every visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent location right off the highway without the noise levels typically associated with proximity. Room was well-equipped, clean, and cozy.
I enjoyed my stay. I was very happy with the prices. Great quality room. I was having troubles with booking online and John was able to assist me with all of my needs.
Spent two nights. Clean and staff was very accommodating. Would like to thank Asst Gen Mgr John Neuhart for his assistance during the Power outage that effected the hotel. Had minimal lighting and some outlets worked, but any request was accommodated. Was not the hotels fault, but they made it bearable.
I loved my stay at Candlewood suites recently. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I got to know assistant manager John the best. He's very responsive to your needs. The beds are comfy and the layout of the rooms is great.
Outstanding counter help. We stayed July 27th and 28th. The girls at the counter were wonderful. So helpful to all the customers. Greeting everyone, wishing everyone a pleasant trip and safe drive, pointing out all the amenities. The rooms, gym, laundry and grounds were the cleanest Ive ever seen. The pet fee was resonable. (The Hotel2 wanted $75 per night. Ridiculous!) I've never been to a place that is so consistently outstanding. Would have stayed another night but they were full! And they have kitchettes. They are an extended stay place at the same price as a regular hotel. Dish washers and garbage disposals, too ! It was amazing!
Will be coming back. Wonderful choice if you need a spot while visiting family and friends. Not skimpy on towels and will even help you find lost items from prior stays if possible.
We stayed here for a week the staff was so friendly met many of them all so helpful if you needed anything they were right there to help! Dig friendly hotel. Clean big rooms with kitchenette available. Definitely family friendly. Will stay here again next time we go to Michigan!
